(I hope this goes in here  Undecided it's a bag!)

I needed to have a small bag for the carry of my nintendo (it kept getting lost in my car and other places ^^;; )
So I sat down and decided to make a spiffy one (didn't feel like shelling out $20 for one of those life-less store bought nintendo bags).
-and here it is Smiley

I made it basically like a small Jordy with a flap on it, silky black on the inside

Embroidered a cool star on to it and a martini on a seperate piece of fabric and then machine sewed that on, used the strap from an old army surplus bag that I'd had...

voila  Grin

tell me what you think, i'm open to suggestions! Smiley

This is cute!  I don't have a DS (and I suspect that my little brother would look at me funny if I made him a "purse" for his...), but I do have a GBA SP...   This really makes me wish I had a sewing machine here at school!  I keep picturing either something like a mini-messenger bag with little pockets for the GBA and games and charger, etc...or a normal size bag with a stealth pocket for taking my GBA places.

I love the little embroidery touches, and the lining is great!  I love lined purses with different insides, particularly if they are silky or other cool fabrics.

SO now I'm rambling.  Anyway, nice job!

I love it! I still have to make my DS a bag, I'm so afraid of it getting hurt! I was planning on making something like the nintendo controller bag on this forum. Yours is totally cute!

Very cute a love the embroidery.  Is the DS good?  I tried one out at EB Games.  I want one.
