I made DH and DD luggage tags for Valentine's Day using this tute: http://thelongestyear.typepad.com/my_weblog/2007/06/quickie_luggage.html

On the interfacing I wrote little notes to them, then snapped a photo before sewing up.  I printed the photos on paper and used that to wrap the tags with.

Forgot to add that I did put vinyl on the other side to slip in our address/phone number but I added it after I had turned them right side out.  Very easy to do.

That's cute -- You can totally find your luggage on the conveyor belt with a nice tag like that -- oh the possibilities!!!
