I used Langdale Yellow, I think it's been renamed as "supercook naturals". it's curcumin and tumeric extract. I used to use a powdered variety but can't seem to find it in any of the shops round here. I had a hard enough job finding the langdales!!! mind you are christmas i had a hell of a job finding natural marzipan and glac cherries too  Roll Eyes
