-I didn't put this in stitch and botch because I plan on wearing the skirt in all it's fail-ey goodness-
So today, I set out to make a t-skirt. With a needle, thread and pair of crayola scissors in hand, I hand sewed myself a fancy tube of messy fail.
Then I put it on.
Wait, since when am I curvy, and since WHEN is my body not one straight line?

Not knowing how to do a waistband, I reached for my school headband, made from elastic. And Voila! Secret failiure!

Pictures: (be kind, this was my first time sewing)
Front:

Back: (Charlie Chaplin butt. Tee hee! Oh, and note the fail of fabric lengths)

Sneaky headband waistband!:

Wink It's our little secret, right?

I adore personal swaps. I can sew (To a degree), Knit and Paint, so drop me a PM if you have /anything/ to swap!

Well done, congratulations on your first sewing project! I love the fabric combination. (And if it stays up, it doesn't matter how it stays up  Wink)

They're pretty sweet. And I've ghetto rigged so many of my failed attempts to make skirts and what not.... people will never know how you have that holding up...
