Because here's mine!

I bought the fabric already cut on etsy. I wanted to be able to focus on the sewing for my first one. It's for a friend's new baby due in May!

I love these colors -- they are non traditional for a baby quilt and something a child can treasure her whole life!  Nice work!  (Love the chicken square).

Love it...I am trying to make my first quilt as well..I sew almost everything but never made a quilt by hand...so I have been out shopping for fabrics....this is going to take forever lol !!!

I absolutely love it. I recently just finished my first quilt as well so I can appreciate the excitement you have over it : )
