Wow, what an amazing bunch of cards to wake up to this morning.

I agree, it's such a great bunch that I feel bad commenting on one, because it would feel like I was ignoring all the others...

im sorry that i have gotten everyone all upset, but i like i said before thats not what im trying to do. i guess honesty isnt always the best policy.

all i know is that i joined this swap to get a lot of heavy secrets off my chest. good and bad, happy, depressing, whatever.  i put a lot of effort into it, and tho some of them might not be the best quality to others, i made sure i was happy with them. i did it for the positive emotional release, which i thought was the point. im just disappointed that i took this so seriously.

Holy passive aggression, Batman!

My criticism of the quality of some of the cards is not directed at any particular person (it's not like we know which ones are yours anyway) but at the idea of creating what is basically 19 ATC's for one swap. The choices are (1) spend an inordinate amount of time or (2) not put too much effort into each one. If I had really thought about the time commitment, I would not have joined this swap, as I was just not able to send out the quality of work that my fellow Craftsters deserve to receive.

Craftster is, above anything else, a board for discussion of craft. It's nice that it can also serve as a social outlet for some folks, but that's not the main point. I think it's important not to lose sight of why this we're here in the first place. Guidelines or not, I think fabric card Craftster made a smart choice  in duplicating the construction of some cards to maintain the quality of construction; I'm glad I got one.

My blood runs cold! Please, please, secret keeper with a 17-year old sister who has a drug problem, TELL AN ADULT. your parents, a teacher, a coach... secrecy doesn't  protect her

To the drug addicted sister-
I'm going through almost the exact same thing with my brother. Trust me, it will only get worse. You really need to tell somebody soon. I covered up for my brother for years, and he's not even the brother I know anymore. You have got to tell you parents. Start going to Narcotics Anonymous meetings, they have them all over the place, and for the most part every night of the week. They really help. The people there have been through what you are going through, and they tell you what's going to happen, and they're right.

lower intelligence - I feel the same way too a lot of the time.
afraid to die - Sender, if you ever want to talk about anything, feel free to PM me! I'd be glad to listen and try to help you work out your beliefs (I'm a Christian).
sleep with a boy - I do too! Don't want to have sex, just be all curled up next to him. I love spooning, it makes me feel so safe inside. When I saw this card, at first I thought I sent it!
fictional characters - Yep! This is probably why I spend so much time reading.

sleep with a boy - there was a card almost exactly like this in one of the previous swaps, but it used a picture of John Lennon and Yoko Ono
