So, I want to make a no-sew tutu, but I stumbled on a thing that might be important.
When making a tutu, does it matter if I use rough tulle or do I have to use soft?
I hope you guys can help me out, I could make a friend of mine really happy with a tutu Cheesy

the rough stuff sticks out more, so if you are looking for a bigger tutu, go you the rough stuff as an underlay. i would use the soft tulle on teh outside as well as inside so you friend dosen't scratch herself

are you talking about rough vs soft, like netting vs tulle? because "rough" tulle will soften up in the wash.
