This is a nice, easy alternative to Apple Crumble. I use tinned fruit as I find this cheaper and easier for the recipe.

Ingredients

250g white sugar
200g plain white flour
150g butter
1 tin of Peach Slices in syrup
1 Tin of Mango slices in syrup
Ground Cinnamon to taste

1: Place your sugar, flour and butter in a mixing bowl, and work the ingredients with your fingers (Rings off first, this is messy!). When the texture becomes like breadcrubs, you are done.

2: Drain the tinned fruit until only a little syrup is left, then pour both into a Pyrex dish or cooking bowl of your choice, add a sprinkle of Cinnamon, then Mix together.

3: Place your crumble mixture on top, and tamp down slightly with the back of a spoon.

4: Bake in the oven at 220 c or gas mark 7 for 20 minutes.

Serve with Custard, Cream, or ice cream and enjoy!

mango is my favourite fruit, So when I saw the word mango  on the subject line I had to click it, I'm always looking for desserts that have mango in it, thank you for this recipe. I will be trying it very soon.
