I made these baby cheesecakes today... i added lemon juice instead of vanilla extract... it mixed up a fair bit runnier than normal but they baked so much better...

i got the recipe from the cute little book 500 cupcakes... it seriously is so worth buying... so many ideas and variations for little cakes...

so for the pink top i just seperated the mixture and coloured it pink then piped it on and squiggled with a toothpick... piping got a bit drippy... but it turned out well...

I would certainly love to make those cuties! My parents crave cheesecake. I have made only a whole chocolate oreo crusted cheesecake twice. I would really like to make something similar to this. Love the swirl on the 2nd. Looks like a pretty flower Wink

yeah the flower was originally a spideweb... i also made love hearts out of a few...
you just make a circle shape then put a skewer or toothpick straight thru the middle...

lol no its definatly meant to look like a flower... it was a spiderweb and then in between the lines i went the opposite way to how u make a spiderweb and it turned into a flower...
