This was try number two for a hat to fit the girl wonder twin. The first one was too small. This one was supposed to fit in a slouchy sort of way. It just looked pouffy and wrong. I tried it on this morning and it didn't look half bad on me =)

The little earflaps are actually perfect for me. I don't care for the look of full sized earflaps, but I have extremely sensitive ears. I am constantly pulling my hat down. I think this is a great halfway point.

That's super cute!! Great colour, by the way.

Greyshadeofblack, I've never been told that I looked polished before thanks so much =).

I wrote what I was doing as I knit so I could do a pattern at some point.

I really like the cropped earflaps.  I'm going to have to give them a try.

Interested in personal swaps; offering knits for eco baby and mama items.
