Here are my first attempts at embroidery. I've been eying Sublime Stitching forever, and finally broke down and bought some patterns.

First cat (with crappy flash)

Second cat

Third Cat

Closeup of somewhat even stitches...

Then I got ambitious and went for a t-shirt...

I can't decide what to put in the banner...

Comments? Any tips for a n00b?

Thanks!

- Jamie

You are doing great for a first time. I love the sparrow. You have made a ton of cute things. I like you specialized pillows. I noticed you are engaged why not add in your finance and your initials or put the date of your marriage or something like that. I think just the date would be cute not too cheesy and a hidden meaning. Well, sorry for rambling. But seriously great work.
