I was wondering if anyone can give me a tip on increasing in moss stitch (*sc, dc in same ch, skip 1 ch*), or increasing in any stitch pattern other than straight dc/sc.

I tried to do (*sc, dc, sc, dc in same chain, skip 1 ch*), but I wasn't pleased with the results. I might be able to fiddle with that if it's the only way, but I was wondering if there were any other way to increase.

when I do moss, I usually skip one first, then sc and dc in same st. just keep going for a while and it'll probably work out.
