I was looking at my "started topics" on Craftster and realized that I really haven't posted a lot. The thing is, I really DO craft a ton, but I usually make jewelry. My camera doesn't take good pictures of jewelry, so that equals that I don't post a lot.

Anyway, I made this patch back in my Nirvana phase. I lived with foster parents who were very anti-rock, so I needed to make something that didn't look too obviously Nirvana. This having been said, I made a stencil of the "angel" from the cover of In Utero and used that to secretly rebel. Cheesy

If the colors have been warped by my camera, the patch is a denim blue, the stencil is yellow (looking back on it, I don't know *why* it's yellow because I don't really like yellow) and there's some random red heart buttons sewn to the patch too just because I liked them and wanted to put them on a little project where they would be noticed.

Thank you for sharing in my reflections back on my rebellious teenage years. Cheesy

I like it!

I remember when I was in my nirvana days...my only craft related to Nirvana at that time was to cut all of mine enormous tees in order to make them look more *grunge* :lol:
