i've already put 3 on but didn't know if that was enough or not...any advice would be great. thanks!

It depends...if the canvas is light and the pain is dark or visa versa you need to wait until it dries all the way to see if there are bare spots. Light on light or dark on dark is harder to notice any areas lacking in the paint department Wink
