This took a **** of a time to make, but it was worth it. I have used about 20 different embroidery techniques and cotton, wool, silk, rayon, linen threads. In the not at all visible bottom there is a thin linen fabric.
I made the pattern myself and started off with the black lines wich are made in seam- stitch. Then I started in one corner with the colorings and just made it up as I went. It is about the size of a A4 paper.

Wow,  Shocked that is beautiful!! I love the colors, it looks almost like stained glass.You should post a close up of some of the different textures.

That is exactly what I thought it was. It would be great to see some of the techniques up close.
