Love the apron and tote and esp love the milk&cookies!!  Aah, cuteness overload.

Those are frickin adorable! Now everyone, don't let your kids see these--we want a swap-war, but we don't want the kids all disappointed when their moms don't win this package, as was the case in the 1st round of this swap.  Wink
yup...I think it could happen again.  Wink

Here is my contribution, larger than life:

Possibly one of the smallest "large" entries ever, this is a bead embroidered pin done with glass seed beads, one tiger's eye bead, and a hand sculpted and painted cabochon face (it's made from paperclay, and sealed with mod podge, if you care...)  Anyway, the colors are a little bit bluer than true in this picture; in most lighting the smallest beads are a peacock green, and the copper ones are much brighter than they look (at least on my monitor).  It's backed with felt so the threads are not visible, and has a small pin.

Here it is, more or less life size:

And the back:

Wooow, that is a lovely creation. I want to steal it, remove the pin and put it on the front of a journal (but that's just my taste in things)!

Thanks.  Smiley  I've actually been thinking about doing a beaded journal cover, but I'm not sure I'm ready to devote months to just one project at the moment...

That would be beautiful on a shaw or scarf or as decoration to a cute purse Smiley

Here's my offering.  A package of handmade paper (54 pages).  I hand-formed each page in small batches.

6 pages of Earl Grey paper, and 6 pages of rooibos tea paper:

12 pages of paper with upholstery fabric, and 12 pages of white tea paper:

18 pages of mixed papers (a whole mix of things that didn't fit into neat sets of 6, including some made from paper sacks and retail receipts, some "ransom note" paper, some with real lavendar, and others):

A picture of the whole group, ready to be mailed to you:

The physical size isn't large, but making paper by the individual sheet is a time-consuming, space-consuming, multi-step process.  And a fun way to put waste paper to good use!  Everything except the lavendar is 100% recycled.  I even steeped tea to drink before dumping the tea bags in the blender with the paper pulp!
