TOO COOL!!! wednesday I was sitting in class doodling the red chomping flowers that come out of the pipes, thinking about this great mushroom pattern I saw that I want to use to make my bf a 1-up mushroom pillow.... So now I will make this hat, but in red with white polka dots and then make him a green one up mushroom for a pillow. It will be a Mario crafting month I suppose~

So cool! I have some friends who would love that.

If all our life is but a dream, fantastic posing greed
Then we should feed our jewelry to the sea
For diamonds do appear to be
Just like broken glass to me.

The northern downpour sends its love.

My husband had bookmarked your blog as "hat I want"... like, hey, honey... HINT HINT...

So I went to AC Moore a few days later with my best friend (also my sister-in-law - brother's wifey), and she told me "I have to tell you what David (my brother) is having me make Alex (my husband) for his birthday..." and proceeded to explain the hat...

I thought it was a really funny coincidence, and then here I come and see it in the featured projects section!

By the way, my husband loves the hat.

How AWESOME that I can tell its designer that not only was it apparently fun to knit, but my husband loves it, as well!

Great job!

Hah!  After I hit the submit button, I saw that my sister-in-law had posted right before me.  Funny.  Adding picture... Smiley

I think it should also be noted, that she used your Jayne hat pattern to make my brother the Jayne hat, and he wears it constantly.

Featured project! My first one! I am so giddy and giggly right now. Cheesy Cheesy Thanks to everyone who hit the This Rocks button! You guys and gals are supercool!

And Jenicat, the hat is awesome! Looks great! I'm amused that I've made a pattern that so many gamergeek guys can now bug their wives/moms/girlfriends/girls-who-knit-that-they-know to knit these for them. Cheesy I'm glad I made it an easy knit!

OMG heeeee happy *bounce*
