I think I have mastered the deodorant recipe. Not only it's totally natural and smells amazing, it is super effective and refreshing!!

This is Ginger Lemon and Sage.

I also made another one with a bit of fragrance (98% natural)

For those wondering why you should use a natural deodorant...
Almost every antiperspirant on the market contains nasty amounts of aluminum and chemicals to stop you from perspiring. Our underarm area allows the body to cleanse and detoxify itself along with helping to regulate the bodys temperature by the release of sweat.

What scents would you like to have in a deodorant? Give me some ideas!!  Smiley

Very cool. I've tried buying natural, but they don't have very flattering scents. The scent you made sounds really yummy too. Smiley I think it would be awesome to have Pomegrante Grapefruit...my friend has a lotion like that and it smells great...but either way, it looks like you're on the right track. Cheesy I'd buy it.

i make my own deodorant too, and it works fine!
Even if I think I make it in a different way than yours (it's a sort of "solid" cream, similar to aromacreme by lush), I usually add lavender essential oil and tea tree, they are amazing against bacteria and smell really nice (don't use too much tea tree) Wink

Madagascan Vanilla, yummers.

Do you use all natural everything, its just that I have chemical hypersensitivity disorder and anything unnatural has me gagging.

Yes all natural oils. No artificial fragrances or chemicals.

I use rosemary oil on mine, and I had to cut it down a bit because it was overpowering the other oils. Now it smells fantastic!  Smiley

You have to work really fast because the beeswax starts to cool down and then you can't pour in the containers. Every recipe is different, on mine I use cocoa butter, beeswax, rosemary, lime and tea tree oils, baking soda and whatever scent I want to scent it with. I'm working on a vegan formula now. Hope it will work out.
