hehe.  being a newbie, I have to admit that you guys really do rock.   Grin

and please don't get put off by a few people.  it's not worth it.  you guys have so much to share!  it's like the old saying, "don't let one bad apple ruin in the bushel."

edit:  lol.  right after I posted this, it bumped me up to "jr. member".  I have really bad timing...

I for one love that beeosh is the first to gently direct someone to previous posts.   Regardless of a message board having a search function on this board, a certain number of people won't take the time to  poke around before posting, which tends to annoy those who have been at the board longer.

I love the quick links for 25 most recent posts and my last 10 posts because sometimes I can't remember where I posted!

yay craftster!

Gotta put my .02 in here Wink

I, for one, don't pay too much attention to 'status' on here, but I will say that it's been the encouragement of comfits and beeosh and several others that have made me want to take the time to post projects. I enjoy posting projects, but it is a lot of work! The thing that's so great about Craftster is that it's a great forum for sharing, receiving feedback, and giving feedback. The high number of posts for people like comfits and beeosh show they've taken the time to say "great job!" (etc) for the rest of us (which we all need, right? Grin) I really appreciate y'all's encouragement!!

I never noticed i was in the top 15 until just this week-- ask Comfits, i was just telling her i was shocked cuz i feel like i dont post "enough"..

that's what you call addicted!...  Cool

i didnt think much of it..cuz i've been on boards such as  The Soap Dish Forum  that has "Top Ten Posters" so i figured  it was a default thing... ?

First of all, I have to say-- I love craftster!!! I'm here every single day to see what everyone has come up with... and there is no way that I will be able to keep up with everyone's posts.

And, I was shocked to see that I was in the top 15, too! I feel like I mainly just lurk  Grin (hehe I just looked)

Leah, Beeosh, Comfits, and MissRoo (as well as many others too numerous to mention)-- I know I've said this before, but y'all totally rock! I am completely in love with the many, many things you gals have posted.

And MissRoo is right: it is the ENCOURAGEMENT more than anything else that makes these names stand out in my mind. This is not an "elitist" board--> everyone here is on equal ground. That is the most important thing to me  Smiley

a.) I'm spending so much time on craftster, I can't get any of the projects done... (does anyone else have this problem? TOO MUCH inspiration?)

b.) beeosh, if I'm correct, you were the first person to answer one of my posts and offer suggestions/help... thanks again. I wasn't aware you'd had any negative encounters and I'm sorry to hear it.

c.) I'm a total newbie. I don't care how many times I might post (usually I'm posting to say "wow" or "thanks" to someone else's particularly inspiring post) I still won't have a clue what I'm doing. Trust me. I didn't even know there was a top 15 list...

d.) Leah, thank you. Whether I ever finish a project or not, craftster has already given me enough inspiration, instruction and advice, I could get through the remainder of 2004 on just the ideas swirling in my head.
