Cool! I like how the skulls in the red bracelet look like they're wallowing in a pool of blood...

thank you everyone!!! Smiley

i need to get some mold builed and i should use it no these... especially since then i would have made the whole thing! and of course i'll have them forever!

*ammasmama* i I love your work, just amazing...... and since your so good with resin, i have a question. What can be used to smooth / polish up resin peices one they are set (cured)? I have been playing around with resin but sometimes I get funky little edges that I want to smooth down...... any suggestions?
And again, your resin stuff is so beyond......
Thanks

it's supposed to be wet sanding and polishing... i'm still experimenting with what'll work best, i need to get really fine sandpaper still. i use the metal files on my leatherman, finer fingernail files, those 6 sided nail files/buffers (but they can't get wet) i tried with my dremel, but the dust is toxic and it gets everywhere with the dremel, don't try that! i think the resin sticky already has info about it if you check there, for where to get really fine sandpaper and such. i use polishing compound for plastic with my dremel, and lol, car wax at the end! i need to order diamond glaze online aparently, i haven't found it in person anywhere... so basically i don't have a perfect solution...
but wet sanding to start, and a mask for toxic particles, not a regular dust mask.

I've never tried to work with resin before.

How did you get the resin in the middle without it going all over the black square peice?

I keep seeing all these really cool things made with resin. I need to get the courage to try it.  Roll Eyes
