I was hoping if someone can help me. I'm trying to create a pattern, a hair piece to make a plush.

The Character's hair I'm trying to make is Demyx's from Kingdom Hearts II. Please. If anyone has an idea, please share it with me

I would say fake fur or mohair wefted with tissue paper would make a good hairpiece.
