What I've been working on lately, Whew! *wipes brow*

The kitten girl was for a swap on another board, she's supposed to resemble the little babe that it went to, but I named her Celia after my step-grandma.

This is a commissioned doll from a mama who wanted the wings the same color as the dinosaur boy for her son.

She's requested embroidery but gave me free reign with those specific colors. I also had to eliminate the bottom wings from the pattern since the yarn I used was thicker and the bottom wings just looked really strange after I made them.

Then this on is for a gift for C's boss who raises monarchs

For some reason the embroidery took forever but looks thicker on the left side, though I did the same things on both sides.

Then, this is for the mama who had the butterfly with green wings.

And this is the bee doll I'd mentioned before, this one's named after my youngest sis- Alexa.

Thanks for looking through gobs of pics!

These are so incredibly adorable!!  I love the mix of knitting and embroidery.  Do you base these off of any patterns, or do you just wing them?

Great job!

Thanks everyone  Grin you're all so sweet.

Yeah, the embroidery on the butterflies is killing me! It's so much easier to embroider on regular fabric as opposed to crocheted fabric.

bella_domanie- some of them are for my little one's to play with, other's are designed specifically for people as gifts, and others are commissioned dolls.  I'm not really a big fan of making them over and over again because I don't have much time for crocheting/crafting and I like to spend it coming up with something new, I have a ridiculously long list of ones that I want to try and have barely put a dent in it!

I think some of the extra ones that I have right now are going to go to my mom for Christmas as she's the pickiest person I'll probably EVER meet, and she's said that she likes & wants some of them.

Another one's going to take a trip to Australia to see if she's sweet enough to be featured in a publication, though I have to be pretty vague about this for the time being.

Thanks again!
