I have been thinking for a while there is a gap between baby bibs and aprons! Grin
So I came up with this Wink

It is totally reversable and fastens at the back with two snaps, and has been cut for per side, one piece of fabric only sewn just under the arms seam

He has been living in the ones i have made, such a great cover all for a messy toddler

That is such a good idea. It would perfect for sending kids to preschool. My brother is always coming home with something on his clothes. Though the pocket could be dangerous, but pockets on little kids are always getting fill with "stuff", I mean treasures. Good job.

yes!  Actually, a gap between when its appropriate to bib a child and when they actually eat without getting tomato sauce on their preschool clothes.

This is great, functional and stylin'  Smiley

This is really cute! My tyke's Montessori school uses similar aprons/smocks, made with something like those flannel-backed tablecloths. It keeps clothes drier when the kids are working with water, etc.

I really like your fabrics!

Great idea, I especially love the thoughtful size of that large pocket!
