in reverse order... haha

lace edged chemo cap from headhuggers
made with blue sky alpaca organic cotton
for my neighbor who is going through chemo for breast cancer

cupcake hat turned stuffie
made with dark horse yarns fantasy
for a swap

stuffed with ugly-colored wool roving hah

my third clapotis
for my mom
made with handspun silk and merino blend. took me forever to find the perfect color after not being able to find a yarn that I thought my mom would like. this one is HUGE. when i blocked it the whole thing nearly spanned my (tiny) studio.

my fourth pithy hat from little turtle knits
for my bffl
made with leftover handspun (both colors handspun by me)

the quickie cowl from f.pea
for my other bffl
made with handspun merino

Everything looks wonderful, but it's the Clapotis I must really congratulate you on. That's the only one I've ever seen finished that I actually liked, and I looooove it. Great colours.

If all our life is but a dream, fantastic posing greed
Then we should feed our jewelry to the sea
For diamonds do appear to be
Just like broken glass to me.
