I made these last week and am pretty proud of them! ...all my own pattern with obvious inspiration from amigurumi style crochet.

Awwwww...so sweet!  I know 4 little girls who would snatch those up and never let go...I wish i had better crochet skills---turning at the end of a row still gives me pains...

Those are honestly the cutest amigurumi dolls that I've seen.  There are many crocheted dolls out there, but these are one of the few that I would actually make.

to monkeythumb...the hair is like latch hook but i stitched a row around the whole hairline so it would be solid. on the inside i did it like latch hook around each crochet (quite tedious but i like how it turns out) the hair is in a permanent style because there would be so much hair if i hooked every crochet with a strand of yarn.  they are partially bald under the ponys.

i wish i could find some small black safety eyes...so if anyone knows somewhere that has them....

i havent written the pattern yet....

and thanks for the great feedback!
