So! Here's the beginning of it. The wedding is March 1st! Please don't remind me how close that is!

My future brother in law made us an amazing cake stand out of a giant birch log I found. He's such a talented woodworker! And for all of you single 17 and under ladies completely available.  Grin

Here's the cake stand...

The Save the Dates I sent in the summer... the front image embossed and the paper has a subtle snowflake texture. The magnets bugged me, but that was my boy's contribution so the imperfections had to be ignored

(ps Dave, my husband to be!, made the checkerboard table!)

We will be "ringing" in our marriage with jingle bells. I got the snowflakes bells at dollar tree 6 for $1, and then I tied two onto grosgrain ribbon, melting the ends of the ribbon was quite possibly the most fun I've had since registering for presents!  Grin

I had to shorten the string that connected the bells to the ribbon.

Fortunately, Buddy, POM, and TV got me through it!

And lastly... these are what I'm planting the baby Christmas trees I spent hours digging up at Dave's family's Christmas tree farm. Some will just have tea lights, but most will have little balsam firs!

Stay Tunned y'all... there is more to come!
