I finally got around to taking a picture of my letters that i made with your WONDERFUL tute!!!  Cucina means kitchen in italian Smiley  thank you again for the great tute!  Everyone thinks this is so cute!

p.s. underneath you can see a cabinet door with green outside... that is my work in progress... going to paint the middle with chalk board paint!  yeah!

p.s.s. i just realized that i used the same paper as you did for Sebastian's name Smiley must think a like... or the paper was just too cool!

That looks so great!!  I love the "cucina" and I think painting the cabinet door with chalkboard is an excellent idea!  I'm dying to paint something in this joint with that stuff, but we rent so no can do.  Maybe I could do a little table or something.  As far as picking the same papers, you know what they say about great minds! Wink

How odd, I woke up this morning with this exact idea in my head for the nursery we're building and was going through my scrapbook paper over my morning DECAF (ugh) coffee and randomly found this an hour later- fate, no?

Yes, most definitely fate!  Good luck with your nursery!

Once again, thanks to everyone for the comments!!  They're much appreciated!

Cabinet doors are pretty cheap i think if you just want to buy one single one at like Menards or Home Depot.  I got mine off of a whirlpool (dad is a plumber Smiley) so it worked out pretty good... and they are fun to paint if they have a fun edge on them you can paint all differnt stripes if you want Smiley  i finished it now, just has the chalk paint, and it works really well i was plesantly surprised Smiley and i have so much paint left over i am trying to figure what esle to paint!

thanks again for the tute, my friends all love it!!!!!  Cheesy

zeldan - They look well made, but I have some constructive criticism, if I may.  The E is so different that all I (and my boyfriend) saw was 'cut', which is not, I suspect, what you want to hang in your baby's room.  Perhaps change one of the other letters to a lighter base?

These are super. Thanks for showing how you did them! I knew I should have perused through Craftster today before I went to Michael's..... good thing I still have one 20% off coupon left!

Extrapolate that!
