I'll admit it, I've been on a dreamcatcher making kick lately.  This one was created for pottermouth in the Back to Hogwarts, Round 5 swap.  It was inspired by her favorite character, Albus Dumbledore, and two of his quotes about dreaming.  For in dreams we enter a world that is entirely our own. Let them swim in the deepest ocean or glide over the highest cloud. and "It does not due to dwell on dreams and forget to live."

This is the smallest dreamcatcher I've made.  The ring is (I believe) 6", wrapped with purple leather.  The web was made with an combination of an ombre slate-azure-lilac-plum embroidery floss and 2 strands of a metallic dark silver embroidery floss, worked together.  The fringe is a mix of purples and blues made from eyelash yarn, homespun yarn, embroidery floss, ribbon, beads, and a silver thread with sequins worked into it.  I added a moon and two different star charms to it, to represent the robes Harry describes him wearing in one of the books.

And here's one more that captures the richness of the colors a bit better.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

I'm so lucky that you've been on a dream catcher kick because this one is most loved. Thank you!!!
