So when my mom and I moved into her new house a few years ago, there was a really GROSS table on the back porch which the former owners had abandoned.  I sanded the crap out of it and painted it teal.  But I still thought it needed something.  So I painted place settings on it.  I LOVE it now.  I know, I know, the silverware are probably in the wrong places....but oh well.

very cool! now im gonna book mark this (or save it on a word document) to refer back to when i have kids, so they can learn how to set the table! or i might just send it to my aunts?!
btw i think they're supposed to be on the opposite sides but thats just me assuming things!
great job!

This is clever.
I like the idea quite a bit.
And now you'll never forget how to set the table...ooooh that is cheesy of me.

This Rocks!

In my parents house I drew a mouse hole with a mouse peeking out of it in the kitchen.  I need to think about doing that in my house!
