Very nice ... log cabin is one of my all-time favourite blocks. It's really versatile and you can do a lot with it. This is a great pattern ... kudos to your mom!

Well, that would be an obvious place to hang it wouldn't it!  I have it hanging over a framed print, behind my couch, in the living room. I figure this way I can see it and enjoy it everyday.
