I've been holding on to this little guy, but since my partner received I can post now. Death of Rats is such an easy knit. I was a bit scared about starting to sew the robe, but it turned out just fine. Better than my last one at any rate!

I still need to make a scythe for the first Death of Rats I knitted...

Pattern can be found here: http://stephieface.files.wordpress.com/2007/09/deathofratstoypattern.pdf

I changed the tail since I'm not comfortable around hooks... I think I changed some of the increases too since I'm not a big fan of kfb. This is such a fun little knit!

Yesss! Your DEATH of Rats is adorable, and I bet your swap partner loves it, even if he or she has never read anything by Terry Pratchett. :]

2/18/12 - I no longer have the directions for wrapped pens, I lost them several years ago. To obtain them for yourself, do like I did, contact DMC threads directly and ask for them.

I was JUST discussing making one of these with my mothers boyfriend and saying I didn't think I could do it with no pattern.

I love you!  Grin
