I'm new to this polymer clay thing but once I started, I was instantly addicted!  Here is my latest creation, an incense burner for my husband for Xmas.

and here (pardon the horrible pic), you can see the incense goes into the pipe.

I think I may add a little turtle or goomba out by the mushroom too.  hmm...

Just wanted to share!  My friend & I have been working on other polymer Xmas gifts so once I give them out, I'll be sure to post up the pics! I don't want to ruin the surprise for anyone!

Ha, so cool! You molded (is that the right word?) Mario perfectly.
I like the little mushroom by the pipe. It gives it some personality. Smiley

hehe this is really cute, and a unigue gift idea too! i just started making some polymer clay stuff too (with the limited stuff i can get from my local craft store.) and its so fun to see your own work come to life like yours has!

Haha, that's great!  I like how it's actually functional, something I've been struggling with while thinking of my own projects.  Maybe you could figure out some way to make the goomba functional too, but I don't really use incense so I don't know what else you could do.  Match holder or something?
