Hey, everyone - I've finally decided to de-lurk with this, the finsihed product of my first bookmaking experience.  Here's a link to the image, as i dont have enough posts to stick it in here yet:

Pardon it's blurriness - I used my phone's cam and he mod-podge was still drying on the cover....questions, comments, and general hobnobbing are welcome Wink  I'll be perusing all appropriate faq's to find anything better than modpodge for this.  I'm "so" doing it again when I have the time!

Cheers,
Liz

If you don't like mod podge you could try acrylic gel or liquid medium. Very nice maiden effort!!!

Cute book. If the modpodge is still sticky after it dries try spraying it with clear acrylic spray-paint to seal it.

Thank you both!  I'm throwing myself back into the ring - I think I'll try the spray-paint thing first, 'cause something tells me it might be cheaper.  Wink
