Hi everyone

I searched the board but couldn't find what i was looking for..
I want to make a plush monkey or cute puppy for my bf but i don't really know where to start.. I've seen alot of sock monkeys on here but that's not really what I want to make.
Does anyone have a cute but simple pattern that they could post? and some tips on fabric and stuff would be helpful too =P I've never actually sewn much of anything =)

Thanks!

my best idea for you is to take this mouse pattern, round out the head a little bit, Change the ears to just semi circles right on the sides of the head and maybe make the tail fatter, there are instructions to go along with the pattern as well, Let me know how it turns out.

I have a pattern for a dog on my site:

The pattern I created (as well as my final product) is on the very bottom. He is posed to sit upright.

He is fairly easy to make, although you may have to modify some things if you want him to look a certain way. Adding your own patches of color and fur sounds like it would be fun.  Cheesy

People who take time to be alone usually have depth, originality, and quiet reserve.

He's missing his liver. That's how some kids react to the cafeteria food. The lucky ones.
