I've been making these little ornaments to attach to my gifts .
They are put together pretty similar to the ice cream cones I posted here https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=209468.msg2244557#msg2244557

I made them using mostly leftover scraps (some are cotton , flannel or felt)
and they only take about 10-15 minutes each to make .
