i love your scarf the colour is great and the yarn looks nice and cozy.

i saw it when i was looking for something to crochet last tuesday (my diploma presentation was on wednesday and as usual i spent hours and hours sitting and waiting for something/someone/the evening to come. so i had a look at your tutorial and it is great, i knew how to do broomstick lace after about five minutes.

you definitely made my day. and i got lots of compliments for the scarf while all of us were sitting around waiting. i heard something like "what a great idea to keep your hands busy, i wish i had thought of that" every few minutes.

it's nearly finished, i'll show pics when it's done.

Thank you.  My MIL gave us a baby blanket made by his grandmother in this stitch.  I finished off the last row, and had wondered how to do the loop part.  Fantastic blog, BTW.  Much appreciated.
