see, here's the thing:
My mother has just used a bar of my soap to make shampoo for my sister (who thinks it's marvelous). Here is the recipe she sent me.

Soap base:

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup castile soap (she used a random soap that I made)
1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

This makes 1/2 cup of concentrated shampoo. Mix together all ingredients
and place into shampoo bottle.

To this she added:

1/2 cup aloe vera gel
3/4 teaspoon avocado oil
3/4 teaspoon jasmine essential oil

If I was to make her a Castile specifically for using in her shampoo, would/should I reduce the superfat% - if so, what would you recommend I reduce it to?  The soap that she used, would have had 5% superfat

It sound like your sister loved the shampoo, so I'd stick with the current recipe.
I wouldn't go for a 100% oo soap. It takes to long to cure and it isn't bubbly enough for shampoo. Just stick with your regular recipe. It sounds like it's working out great.

I am new at this so you will have to excuse me (lol) but what do you mean by concentrated?
