I am looking for a place to purchase and unfinished bisque or ceramic nativity. My mother has a beautiful one she completed when I was a kid, complete with my dad building a manger out of scrap wood. She used to paint them and give them as wedding gifts or christmas gifts to newlyweds. I would love to paint one of my own, but am having trouble locating a reputable online seller or local seller. I live in Utah and would be interested in directions to a local business as well as online.

Any help would be much appreciated!

BTW: I would be open to used or in need of refurbished love sets as well.

Thanks! Grin

Have you tried this company? California Creations is the co. where Michael's craft stores gets their unfinished pieces from. (Well, at least some of them!) I have probably almost 2 dozen of CC's Old English village pieces. I still have 7 or 8 that need painting. I see that they do have a couple of Nativity Scenes.
I've never ordered directly from them as I bought all my pieces from Michael's.
Good luck!
