Cuttie - the first thing that came to mind was a small ornament with Link from Zelda.
The green dude on the left just incase you don't know him:

Pretty sure you could even just take a cork, paint it, and add a ribbon. He's pretty darn cork-shaped XD

I magnet with someone lifting weights?
Wow. My ideas kind of suck XD

Best of luck crafting something for him! Cheesy

About him.
Hes really into games (guitar hero,Gears of war)
Comic books(made him a spider man pillow he has blankets)
Tv shows (hes really into angel right now)
Music(but only in the car and stuff like that)
Sleeps....TO MUCH..
Lives at home but is barely ever there(always working or by me)
We have a thing about Those bug cars..We always look for them and play that game slug bug..So i would like to do something cute like that...

It's probably a bit ambitious this close to Christmas, but how about a Gears of War cross stitch like this one: http://kotaku.com/gaming/gears-of-war/gears-of-war-the-cross-stitch-214102.php

what do i do for my 2 brothers?!
ages, 15 + 13
I am planning on buying a christmas gift bag and filling them with the same things so they dont feel like one got more than the other etc, but I will personalise somethings to suit them.
They are just normal teenage boys, they like computer games and playing around outside.
Please suggest a few small things I could put in there bags?

And my sister is 20
Shes a beauty therapist and is getting her pilots license.
Its her first xmas away from home, but we will be seeing her at grandmas house. I have nooo idea what she would like?

Teen boys baffle me - so I can't help you there.

For your sister though, what making a make up brush roll for her - you can do a nice sewn one, or a felted and appliqued one, with ribbon ties, and perhaps add a nice matching hand mirror to it.

Don't know the size of your gift bags, butT-shirts can roll up pretty small.  You could stencil some with cool stuff.

Yeah, teen boys are hard as hell!
I like the idea of a makeup brush roll, I could even buy her more brushes, I think she would appreciate that, Ill have a search for some tutes.

I like the idea of tshirts too, boys can never have enough tshirts!

Howdy, everyone. Smiley

I was curious as to if what your thoughts were on this: I just married my hubby in June, and don't know his family members all that well. I know them well enough to carry casual conversation and all that, but...I don't have the money, or the desire, to get any of them anything to intense.

So, I decided that it might be a good idea to make either baskets or tins of various baked goods and candy. It seems so cliche to me, but I can't think of anything else to get. And! I love baking and cooking. I wouldn't be making too many baskets/tins, and I have all the time in the world right now, seeing as I'm currently not working.

Also, do you think this would be a good idea for both men and women? I only plan to make about four (his mother, his father, his grandmother, his father's girlfriend).  I tend to think, "Well, everyone likes candy and deserts!"

Forgive any ignorance I may display on this subject, but I've never actually celebrated Christmas or any other sort of gift-giving winter holiday with my own family. I just did so with my friends in high school. Smiley Either way! I love Christmas, and am excited since this is the first year since I was little that I've been able to do anything on a larger scale!

Enough rambling about my past though! I'd also like any advice that some of you may have on what to make my hubby.

I've seen all the universal, "Oh no, what should I get my significant other who is a male!" post before, so my apologies for repeating anything.

Like I said before, I have hours of my day to devote to making something, so time isn't much of an issue. Wink

-He like hard rock music, that verges more on the gothic side (if any of you know what genre is). He also likes just plain hard rock too.

-We both play the hell out of World of Warcraft, which I'm not sure if you've heard of. It's a multi-massive-player-online-role-playing game. www.worldofwarcraft.com

-He loves his Ps2 and loves games such as the entire Final Fantasy series...and, the pretty old school ones such as Chrono-Trigger (he explained the other night that all other RPG's STRIVED to be as good as it, hahaha) and the Mario games for SNES.

-He's -not- a manly man. I can't believe I just said that...hahahaha. What I mean, is that he doesn't work with tools, and I would never even think about buying him stuff like that. He doesn't hunt or fish...just not his style.

-He's almost 21, and his name is Greg.

Any thoughts or advice would be very much appreciated. Smiley
Good luck to all of you in your gift-making, and safe trips during your holiday season!

(By the way...the main reason I'm asking these questions so late is because I didn't even think I'd be able to make anything for anyone, but that's changed since this past week. Smiley )

Welllll, it's unlikely. But you never know...
You guys don't cosplay at all - do you? ^^; (I've been Rinoa and Lenne from Final Fantasy in the past XD ) I think recieving a cosplay costume would be pretty darn sweet, but I'm also kind of a loser like that <3

The whole stencled-shirt thing is always good too Cheesy

For mario related ideas:
A pillow shaped as one of the mushrooms
A box shaped as one of those question-mark-type-boxes

Does he have an ipod or some other type of mp3 player? If he doesn't have one already, a personalized case is always nice. Same goes for if he owns something like a laptop.

Best of luck! Cheesy
