I am soo happy right now because my sister-in-law is having twins Grin Grin but I don't know what to give her for them. My mom said that we could both cross-stich ''Feed me first (please)'' on two bibs but we can't find any bibs that look cute but also have enough of the cross-stiching fabric on them. Does anyone know of any good stores that I could go to with my mom to find some bibs with enough room for this?? If not, can you suggest some ideas that are fairly easy to do so I can give it to her. ((Just to tell you, I'm 14 and I am planning to give this to her on Monday night. There is a 13 hour drive to get to them so I could do some kind of work then.))

You could always just buy the cross stitch fabric stuff, stitch what you want on it, and then sew THAT onto a bib. If you cant find a big enough bib, you could sew one....You could also sew out of fabric, or knit or crochet a paris loop/poncho type thing for nursing.....Um..if you know how to knit or crochet, youc ould make hats, or booties, or something of that sort. I'm out of ideas for now...hope this helped

If you could find a plain terry cloth or fabric bib, you could get this stuff called WASTE CANVAS.  It is white and blue, holey looking canvas.  You stitch what you want on it, wet it, and pull out the threads.  Voila, picture on fabric.

I use this stuff to put little pics on onesies and little t-shirts.

Good luck.  Twins is a lot of work, hope your sister is doing ok.

My sewing machine is like my left hand.... I can't write with it, but I NEED it none the less.

see ya'll on the flip side

why not put the "feed me first" on a t-shirt?

would love to see pics of what you end up giving them!

I have (almost) 14 month old girl twins and I made them cute little creeper/stretchies with "My twin isn't far behind me" embroidered on the butt  Grin  When they started crawling they wore them a LOT!! Smiley
