After years of knitting dolls, I've moved on to cloth dolls. As I'm only learning how to use a sewing machine it is a slow process. Here is my first completed doll, a mini Goth Doll. The hair is eyelash yarn and really makes it. The face is embroidered.

I've been making cloth dolls for years,  I find using waterproof markers, prismacolour pencils and gel pens much easier to use when making faces.

I like embroidery, which is why I tend to embroider the faces, rather than draw them.

Fair enough, I like to use pencils because of the subtle shading effects that I can achieve
