Hello!  Well, I made this costume for a friend/co-worker.  He is an artist/cartoonist, and wanted me to make him a polar bear outfit that resembles his rendition of polar bears.  I'm probably gonna add some blood to the teeth and the paws so it will look more vicious and halloweeny....
I am happy with how it turned out and am not really looking forward to giving it up!

edit.....
This is a link to my friend, joe havasy's, original artwork that inspired the piece.  hes pretty awesome.

Awesome.

When I first saw the pics, i thought, "He looks like he's saying 'I'M SO FREAKING HAPPY TO MEET YOU!'". But the bloody fangs will help him look more, well, blood-thirsty...

I know you based him on your friend's illustrations, but could you add some scowly eyebrows make him look meaner?

Kudos for a great job! And your friend owes you big time for all the white fluff that took over your house and lungs...  Cheesy

Hahahahah...this is amazing. Super job! Few people could make something like this--I know I couldn't. Smiley
I just absolutely love your friend's expression in the last picture, though.

[i second the motion for scowl-y eyebrows, also.]

Thanks for all the compliments guys!  I would add mean eyebrows, but i dont think the wearer of the costume will go for it.   Hopefully once the fake blood is applied, it will look a little meaner, right now it does look just really surprzed or something!  anywho, thanks again!
and no, i am not from alaska.
