so my partner gave me these vintage nudie playing cards that were his dad's in the 70's or 80's. i really like them and want to do something with them that is as cool and silly as they are while also keeping them somewhat preserved. i would really appreciate some ideas. also, somebody is selling these on etsy, and i borrowed her photos because i didnt have pictures of mine and i couldnt wait to get some ideas from you craftsters! i will give her some credit for her photos and if you want to buy some for yourself her store is: cOveTableCuriOsitIEs.etsy.com

resin coasters maybe?

Please dont take offense, but you may want to put some kind of disclaimer in the subject line...not too sure what the rules are for these kinds of pictures.  Smiley

They are pretty cool playing cards. I would make them into coasters myself...or maybe a serving tray. Again more resin, but it would look pretty cool to have these in the bottom of a tray or maybe even as a table top.

You could make some interesting ATCs with those!  Perhaps collage over some of the "naughty bits".   Smiley

ATC's, they could be worked into a lot of collage art. Jewelry, maybe with resin? Naughty greeting cards. I like the coasters idea. Put them on your wall. Make a mobile, hang them from a chandelier with beads and scarves. Make a lampshade.

I wanna see the result if you make anything Cheesy

I got a real original idea! Put on a table and put glass over it! Wink
I dunno. Definitely use them for scrapbooking and such!

I'd take an old table or piece of furniture and lay them all out and shalack over it. It'd make a pretty neat poker table. You could also throw in another deck of cards face up and down to add to the fact that they're playing cards.

I'd probably just play cards with them. Haha.

How about a wallet or a notebook?

will you take me to gang practice? yis?

i LOVE these, and i SO need to get me some!

when i saw them, i immediately thought of wall art (collages and such) but i heart functional things, so i would do the coasters, or anything that would put them front and center (we dont have alot of *issue* with bodies) because they are too beautiful to hide!

i think im back....9 months almost to the day but i miss art, and i missed you guys!
