Here's hubby's Xmas prezzie - took me 2 movies to complete it (Ice Age and Nemesis Game) and 2 hot-water washing loads (with other stuff for agitation). Isn't it nice Smiley . Crocheted with a 5.5 hook, sport-weight 100% wool.

It's 17 stitches wide...It's a little roomy so next one will be perhaps 14 stitches wide. I made the mistake of crocheting the strap too short, so had to do some seriously blocking to make the flap fit under it.

That looks awesome!! It turned out really great (have you felted before?).  I really love the bright colors.  Way to go!

Thanks!  Cheesy I have never felted before. I kinda wanted the stitches to disappear - the flap felted almost completely but the body of the cozy (the green) looks sort of the same as it did prior to me felting it.
