Great idea and may I say that your knitting is gorgy-worgy!  Kiss

For lazy knitters like myself I have a suggestion: cut the gathered band off of a sturdy glove or the tube off of a winter socl and hand-sew on a wallet pouch or just the remaining portion of the sock to hold your ipod. I did this for a milk money container in 5th grade, but I'm sure it could work for gadgets as well, that is if it is sturdy enough.

That's a great idea!  I just came into 3 huge bags of  yarn that will be put to use as 1001 ipod cozies and/or scarves, but if I ever run out, I'll try that!  Smiley

Wow, that is so cool.  The thing is, I'm so analog I'm still using a Walkman (you know, like the kind you play cassette tapes  on)  However, I've actually been thinking about making a cozy for the poor thing anyway,  because it's getting to an age where its little door wants to fall off all the time.  This is a really inspiring tutorial to get me going on it!

That is way better than the store ones! I have a perfect set of buttons for that too!
