There are loads of ideas of various ways to use polymer clay for Halloween on this page at my site:
http://www.glassattic.com/polymer/Halloween_etc.htm
and this page has a number of things created by Joanne Banuelos for Dia de los Muertos too:
http://www.glassattic.com/~glassatt/imagesOBJ_SEAS_MISC/Hallow+/Joanne_Dia.htm

Here's the list of sub-categories on that page to give you more of an idea of the possibilities in summary form:

Halloween
......non-scary alternatives
...pumpkins
...skulls, skeletons, fiends, witches, masks,etc.
...scenes, dioramas & houses
...more figures
...tabletop & decorations
.......things in a bottle ....eyeballs
...larger and outdoor things
...treat ideas for trick-or-treat
...jewelry & wearables, costume
...ghosts, glow-in-the-dark, transfers, decals, liquid clay
...spiderweb & other canes
...misc.
Dia de los Muertos

P.S.  I'll also post a photo in the Completed Projects board to show one of the things I've done . ...and/or you can see a photo of it plus few others I've done and have photos online for, at this page if you're interested:

We've been making random halloween stuff like Frankenstien, Witch, Werewolf, etc. Just started doing this stuff and each project seems to progress in both size and complexity. It's a great way that my fiancee and I spend time together.

I'm thinking of making a purple horn for my costume (purple people eater), since you just can't find ONE lone horn for sale. I am not sure how well it'll stay on my head with the weight and all, though.

I made magnets today - one pumpkin and four little happy candy corns - but I wasn't watching them closely enough and I burned them.  Sad  I am sad.  Sad sad sad.  They were cute.  I'll make them again soon...

i have made a bunch of skulls already for earrings and a necklace. I also made a vampire and a zombie, but i can't post pics yet because they haven't reached their new homes from swaps. i loved the zombie. his guts are pouring out his ripped off torso. hehe. I still want to do a Frankenstein and  bride of Frankenstein so I can put them on the cake I am making for my party Saturday. We will see though. it is highly unlikely I will get to it this year.
