So I've frogged what I've tried to do now 4 times and I'm HOPING I can get some help here now. I've done squares the back and forth way, but this is on the round.  Here's the pattern:

The part that is getting me is this step:
Rounds 5-10: Repeat Round 4 working 2 more half double crochet between corners every round.

The 2 more hdc is supposed to be in the corner, or in the "Straight" area?  I keep doing it in the corner, next to the corner, etc but i get huge holes in the corners by the time the square is to round 10.

I'm sorry if this is the dumbest question posted today but I really could use the help so I don't have to destroy my work again!

it just means you do what you were doing before. you do one hdc on each stitch except for the last one, and you do 3hdc on this last one. the 2 extra hdc on the last one make you turn the corner and start the next side of the square.
