I just found out today about an awesome web site - craftlister.com.  You can enter a city or zip code and search for craft fairs within any radius of there that you want.  For each craft fair it indicates whether it is a juried or non-juried event, how much it costs for space, the expected number of attendees, etc.  Check it out!
