I was doing these cases for an auction where I work but we decided that we might use them for our tabling events to raise sexual assault awareness. (yes I did get permission from Jenny Cheesy). I couldn't use images from her books so I had to adjust the tattoo patterns.

Human rights are for EVERYONE.  Did you know that Aung San Suu Kyi had been released from house arrest in Burma? Many other prisoners of conscience are still being detained.  Please research this topic... Amnesty International needs your help.

Kittykill I love your pillowcase!  Cool I love the font, the twinkles on the stars that the picture takes up the whole pillow.  It is really nicely balanced and the red shoes just totally pop!...now evil me is curious if you are working on a matching one since you said cases Wink

Oh can you explain about the book images?  I was thinking of making some tea towels for our United Way silent auction this year but I didn't realize there were rules. Huh

Thanks again everyone!  Kiss

I am making a matching one. I am almost finished. I just need to finish the lettering. When I asked Jenny Hart if I could do this for an auction she was super sweet about it and her assistant e-mailed me the forms to fill out (licensing paperwork). It says you can use her images from her iron on patterns (the ones that come in the little envelopes) but not the book images because the publisher "owns" them. So I took the swallows and the banner and blew them up and traced them. Double check with her though. I'm pretty sure those are the "rules" and she can let you know.

Beatnikchick-I can't wait!  Smiley

Great job. I love everything about it. The case looks fantastic and what a great way to raise awareness.
