listen up people i am in a big need to deocroate this folder thingy for my laguage arts gifted and talented class in school and i have no idea what to decorate it with! it is a plain, white and it's the kind with the three punch hole thingy and it's the kind that has pockets on the outside for pictures and stuff so please help!

i would always suggest the standard magazine cut out collage, but you could throw some funky fabric on it too. or ribbon.

Use transparencies or clear vinyl sleeves - cut them into squares, use a strong glue around 3 of the edges and make little pockets/sleeves on the front - this way you can change what's on the folder - make them big enough for photos, or small for magazine clippings, or a combo of both.

Or go for the fabric (use spray adhesive - it's the best!) and make a cool tassel for it!

Since it's for language arts, print out pictures of dead poets and interesting phrases, maybe and maybe some pictures of flowers to jazz it up a bit.  Make it on 8.5x11" paper, then photocopy and slide into your binder! (I think I'm understanding correctly... it's the 3-ring binder with plastic pockets on the outside??)

That's what I'd do, anyway Smiley
